Spice It Up


This Cinnamon Turmeric Smoothie is creamy, comforting and anti-inflammatory! Super easy to make, best for those mornings where you have to rush out of the house.

Ingredients:

600ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any type of milk you prefer)

2 Frozen Bananas

4 Pitted Dates

2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 Tsp Ground Turmeric

Pinch of Black pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Sprinkle more cinnamon over the top if desired.
