Banana Chocolate Chia Pudding


Feel like starting your morning with something sweet? Check out this UNBELIEVABLY delicious chia seed pudding, smooth, nutty and chocolatey! Make sure you grab a BIG spoon to dig into all the layers!

LAYER 1

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Ripe Banana

1/2 Cup Milk (Almond, Hazelnut, your choice!)

1 1/2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder 1 Tsp Raw Agave Syrup (Or any sweetener of choice)

Step 1: In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.

Step 2: Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Step 3: Leave in the fridge to soak overnight. The chia seeds will expand to make a pudding.

LAYER 2

CASHEW BUTTER CARAMEL SAUCE

1/4 Cup Medjool Dates (pits removed)

1/4 Cup Cashew Butter (or any nut butter you prefer)

1/2 Cup Milk (Almond, Hazelnut, your choice!)

1 Tbsp Water

Step 4: Add dates and water to a food processor and mix until it becomes a smooth paste.

Step 5: Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Step 6: Leave in the fridge overnight.

Step 7: In the morning, mix the chia pudding (Layer 1) to smooth out any lumps.

Step 8: Take 2 glass jars and gradually add Layer 1 then Layer 2. Repeat to the top.

OPTIONAL LAYERS

You can get super creative here! Fill in a layer of goodies between the chia pudding and caramel sauce.

Cacao Nibs

Sliced Bananas

Granola Hemp Seeds

Step 9: Sprinkle some cacao nibs (or any favourite topping) on top!

Step 10: ENJOY!
