Post Workout Smoothie

Do you finish a workout and aren't sure what to eat? This is my go-to after a major sweat session. A balance of protein, carbs and fiber!
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana (I like to use a frozen banana)
1/2 Cup Milk of your choice (you can also use water instead of milk)
2 Cups Raw Spinach
1 Medjool Date
1 Scoop Plant-based protein powder (I like to use Vega Sport)
1 Tbsp Almond butter (or any nut butter you prefer!)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. If it is too runny, blend in a couple ice cubes.
